Energy Assistance Program (EAP)
OVO's Energy Assistance Program works to supplement high seasonal heating costs for income-qualified Indiana residents utilizing different resources. OVO works to stop disconnections, reconnect disconnected households, and help those who are out of fuel. They also provide energy education to clients who seek to utilize it.
Applications for energy assistance will be available in October.
A drop box for completed applications is located outside of the Family Self Sufficiency Office at 215 Erni Avenue.
